The Alpine Dancers of Garland, Tx wish to announce their upcoming fall
performances.  We will be performing authentic German schuhplattling and
folk dances at the following public events.  We would like to invite
everyone to come see our performance and enjoy the different festivals.

Sat  Sep 2rd  @ 5:30pm          Westfest, West, Tx
Sat  Sep 16th @ 4 & 7:30pm      Addison Oktoberfest
Sat  Oct 7th  @ Noon            Garland Oktoberfest

The Alpine Dancers are one of over 70 clubs of schuhplattlers and German
folk dance groups organized in the Gau of North America.  The goal of
this organization is to preserve the costumes, dances and traditions of
the alpine region of Europe.  Their objective is to build a bridge to
mutual fellowship and understanding.  This group has been active for over
10 years entertaining in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex at Octoberfests, 
community events and company promotions.

Are you interested in joining our group?

The Alpine Dancers have an open membership policy for both adults and
childre who are interested in either an active or supportive (social)
membership.  The adult group practices each Thursday at 7pm in Garland.
The children's group practices on Mondays at 7pm.  We take singles and
couples, experienced dancers or people who have never danced.  Contact
